Dentinox Infant Colic Drops contain the active ingredient dimethicone, which is part of a class of medicines known as surface-active substances. Dimethicone helps to disperse trapped wind and relieves babies from the symptoms like indigestion and pain. Warnings and Precautions Keep out of sight and reach of children. Do not use this product if the expiry date printed on the original packaging has passed. May be harmful to teeth. Do not use if: Your baby is allergic to any of the ingredients this product contains. Your baby is being treated for a thyroid disorder. (e.g Taking Levothyroxine) Speak to your GP or our pharmacist before use if: Your baby has an intolerance to some sugars.
