Dermol Cream 500g is used for the management of dry and itchy skin conditions, especially eczema and dermatitis. Benzalkonium and chlorhexidine: These are both antibacterial chemicals that will combat bacteria on the skin that can make eczema worse and cause itching. Liquid paraffin and isopropyl myristate: These are both emollients that soften and moisturise the skin as well as form a protective barrier that helps to reduce the effects of dry skin. Key Points: Suitable for use by adults and children Antibacterial - Kills any bacteria on the skin Moisturiser - Keep skin hydrated Won't interfere with any other medications Easy to use Non-Greasy Warnings and Precautions Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients this product contains For external use only Keep out of reach of children Avoid contact with eyes Test the lotion on a small patch of skin (if first use) to see if it has any bad reactions.
