The biography of the eccentric vicar of All Saints Lambeth, defender of the validity of Anglican Orders, whose consecration as Bishop of Dorchester, in Venice in 1877, was recognised by the papal authorities, though he remained a priest in teh Anglican Church until 1901, when he was received into the Church of Rome. Very good condition copy with dust jacket, some foxing at page edges, binding very tight.
