Created with miso paste, sesame oil and Chinese 5 spice, this marinade is truly indulgent. Gamey and sweet, our duck breasts are covered with a thin layer of white fat which crisps up beautifully in a hot pan or on the barbecue. Our friends at Lucy's Dressings have created a bespoke range of marinades, tailormade to suit our grass-fed, free-range cuts. Lucy first began creating her delicious dressings from her family kitchen in Suffolk. She uses local, fresh ingredients that are packed with natural flavours.
