These hinges require no maintenance throughout their life due to cintered washers that are impregnated with lubricants which oil the hinge every time the door is opened They are 1 hour fire and CE tested and are ideal for external environments where hard life is expected CE Marked and BS EN 1634-1:2000 Fire tested upto 60 minute on timber fire doors and 240 minutes on steel doors. Performance tested BS EN 1935:2002 Hinge Grade14 Finish: Polished Brass Dimensions: 127mm x 76mm, Plate Depth 3mm Sold and supplied in pairs complete with screws,We would recommend you fit 3 hinges per door to overcome twisting or warping over time
