Edwina Ellis (1946 )is a wood engraver and printmaker born in Sydney. Highly regarded artist, she is a visiting lecturer at Aberystwyth University, and has works in numerous public collections such as Victoria and Albert Museum London, the Ashmolean Museum Oxford and the Art Gallery of NSW. Among her works are the designs for several coins for The Royal Mint over the years, including a set of four Bridge PS1 coins. Here we have the 17/50 Parakeet Padlock from 99, signed with title and edition written on pencil by the artist, and framed by arts specialist on wood with golden painting on outer and inner framing. In excellent condition. Frame 48 x 38 cm Print 25 x 14 cm
