Essential Tile and Grout Sealer Spray is a VOC-compliant, solvent-based solution that permeates thoroughly into grout. It withstands oil and water-based stains while enabling the surface to breathe. Overspray that does not penetrate ceramic tile, porcelain, glass, stone, or grout will disperse and leave no difficult-to-remove residue. It is non-yellowing, long-lasting, and will not alter the surface's appearance. With coverage of up to 15m2 per 600ml container. 600ml bottle. HOW TO APPLY : 1. Before applying, make sure the location is sufficiently ventilated and that you are wearing personal safety equipment such as gloves , eye protection , and an appropriate vapour mask . 2. After that, ensure the surface is completely clean and devoid of any waxes, sealants, or coatings of any type. 3. Shake the can thoroughly before spraying Essential Tile and Grout Sealer Spray 25-40cm from the surface. Apply the product equally, wiping away any excess if you're applying it on vertical surfaces. 4. Allow the solution to dry for 1-2 hours before testing an area with droplets of water. If the droplets are absorbed rather than beading on the surface, a second or third coat may be required to achieve the desired effect.
