Cover is stained and spine is faded, otherwise in good condition.Famed as a feminist and socialist, in later life Pankhurst became a passionate supporter of the struggle against the Italian invasion of 1935 and spent her final years living in Ethiopia. The book focuses on the attempts to rebuild the empire, and is co-written with her son Richard who later played a key role in the cultural and educational life of the country.
