Plantar metatarsal Pads (2-5 PMP's) can help both prevent injury and be used in the rehabilitation of an existing injury such as; achilles tendonitis, plantar fasciitis, heel pain, foot pain and bursitis. They can be easily attached to any orthotic and offer a great way to modify and customise in a way which is inexpensive.
