Just like a regular hot water bottle, the inner is made from rubber, and it has a super soft grey Nordic knitted cover, but unlike a regular hot water bottle, this one is probably long enough to fit the entire length of your trunk, allowing you to heat your whole back, or drape around your neck if using when sitting.
