This fencing maul, also known as a sledgehammer - is the ideal weight, strength, and diameter to safely, efficiently, and comfortably put up fencing posts. There’s no point in putting up a line of fencing only to have to re-do it once the wind picks up and causes your posts to lean, or as is most likely - if one of your horses decided to rub against it! With this drop forged head weighing in at 5.5 kgs - this is the ideal tool to knock in fence posts that will go deep enough into the ground to stand the test of time. And while it does, of course, have to be on the heavier side - the thickness and length of the 92 cm wooden handle makes for easy handling.
