A?concentrated Muscle Rub ?(made to soothe sore and tired muscles after hard work or play. It is soft, has a fresh aroma and ideal for massage); - A Propolis Salve ?(p ropolis is known for its healthy properties. Combined with vitamin E, honey, sunflower and hemp oils for a salve to treat minor cuts, grazes and broken skin. Propolis comes from tree resins and is used by bees to protect their hives from infection ); - A packet of Phacelia seeds ( Free flowering, heavenly blue annual plant, rated as a?Top Ten? nectar source.
