A number of items of memorabilia relating to King George V/VI 1. The King's Message - Apr 1929 . A card covered illustrated message from the King following his illness and recovery. Beautiful full colour border design by Bernard Gribble. vg condition. 2. Trooping the Colour programme June 1935. A fold-over card programme. Small closed tear to the top and a fair amount of foxing on all sides. 3. Maxims of His Majesty 1936. Single side card containing printed maxims. Vg condition. 4. Special Forms of Service in Commemoration of His Late Majesty - 1936.Small paper booklet with annotations in ink. 5. Queen Mary's Message to the Nation - Jan 1936. Stiff card booklet containing the message and decorative border in b/w. Vg condition. 6.A Form of Divine Service Sunday May 9th 1937 being the Sunday preceding the coronation of King George VI and Queen Elizabeth. Stiff paper booklet of 15 pages. Ink annotation on reverse of booklet by owner. Foxing - heaviest on front page - lighter internally. All above items are contained in a buff coloured envelope with the Crown and 'The King's Message' on the front. A most interesting collection of royal history.
