75cl / 14.5% - Ben Glaetzer has become one of the hero's of the Australian wine scene with his big bold wines that are definitely not shy or retiring (a bit like him). The Bishop shiraz is Barossa 101 sourced from vines between 35 and 120 years old. With its dark brooding fruits, black pepper spice and pan roasted spices. The palate is full bodied and packed with dark fruits, liquorice and Asian spices. This wine like air so get it into a decanter or let it breathe and it will come to life.
