Instead, Smil argues that understanding change will help us reverse negative trends and minimize the risk of catastrophe." This book is in very good condition and seems as though it has never been read, however, there is some very slight shelf wear and a pale stain on the front, presumably from a sticker that was there before. Published by MIT in 2008.
