Gold straw button hat with a large double bow edged in navy blue linen & finished with a navy blue birdcage veil. The gold fabric lining features a woven stripe pattern. This cocktail hat is perfect for all formal occasions including race day meets & weddings. This pillbox hat is approximately 17cm wide (6.5 inches), 4 cm high (1.5 inches) & 53cm (21 inches) in circumference. The bow measures approximately 10cm (4 inches) wide & 16.5cm (6.5 inches) long The drop of the veiling from the edge of the hat is approximately 7.5cm (3 inches) This hat is finished with two metal combs & an elastic allowing it to be attached for wear to the left or right of the head. This straw hat has been made using traditional millinery techniques & is almost entirely hand sewn apart from a small amount of machine stitching on the lining & the bow.
