Charming small format picture book for children. First published 1924. Tells the story of a grandpa and his two grandsons who have an adventure with a real tiger (and a cheeky grey parrot called Ginger). A sort of forerunner to 'the Tiger who came to tea'. Delightful illustrations throughout (see image 2 for a typical double page). Good condition for age. No child scribble or other notes/marks. One or two very small tears (quarter inch) on the bottom of pages.; the paper covering to the boards in the spine area has become frayed and there is a little staining to the front cover.
