The new Grillstream Gourmet dual fuel range of barbecues now boast a unique hybrid system, giving you the freedom to cook on either gas OR charcoal at the twist of a knob! This no fuss hybrid system is the first of it's kind on the market giving the pleasure of gas barbecue cooking or charcoal barbecue grilling without having to adjust the barbecue. The charcoal trays easily sit over the burners under the double grill. Fill with charcoal briquettes then light with the gas burners and use as a conventional charcoal bbq. Once the charcoal burns out you can either refill or ignite the gas to finish off. Alternatively, use as a conventional gas bbq and the charcoal trays act as a flame tamer/diffuser when it's convenience and speed you need. The dual grill technology helps catch excess fat and channel it away, whilst allowing the juices caught to vaporize back into the meat; meaning your meat is as succulent as ever. Stylish and practical, this Island unit consists of integrated "steak shelf" side burners - an infrared, ceramic sear burner that's perfect for directly cooking meat on, or why not try vegetables directly on the stainless steel grill included, that boasts it's own removable drip tray. Ice bucket and chopping board on the other side and handy side units give storage for gas and utensils and accessories and the under barbecue shelf is great for resting tools and crockery. Double cast iron porcelain coated grills and griddle allow you to cook pretty much anything you can think of and the battery operated rotisserie is perfect for mini spit roasts!
