The running belt at 152cm x 50 cm (60" x 20") offers plenty of room to run quickly and still feel safe and the hand grip pulse sensors plus telemetric heart rate monitoring makes sure you workout at your optimum. If a top speed of 12mph is not enough to push you, when you incorporate the 0-15% elevation that certainly will and thats when you will find the cooling fan very welcome.
