Disc O Sit (Disco Sit) Wobble Cushion from Ledraplastic. Used for stability training, and strengthening work while sitting, standing and kneeling. It is also a useful training tool to perform balance and motion exercises on the floor. Adjust inflation to suit the desired comfort and stability level. Disc'o'Sit can be used to improve posture in the sitting position or in the same way as a balance board or wobble board in ankle, knee or back rehabilitation.
