Eric Kaye and Maura Gedid, the husband and wife duo behind the brand work like expert curators -- scouring the seas for the best Rums from both expected and unexpected places. Their collection offers a variety of flavors that are crafted with the utmost skill and care, including Single Cask selections that aged in cask and Single Origin editions that are younger single expressions or blends. Right now, they've got 10 different countries' Rums up for grabs, but blink, and you might miss 'em! The Belize 2006 16 Year Old Single Cask Rum is one marvelous specimen from the Travellers Liquors Distillery, located in, yeah, you guessed it, Belize. Made from all molasses and distilled in a manually operated column still, the liquid aged exclusively in ex-Bourbon casks for 16 long years. Naturally, it developed an immensely complex and fruity flavor profile brimming with rich caramel, stone fruit, and cacao. Naturally, with no additives. Bottled at full proof (61% ABV) and with only 4 casks released in 2022, this is a limited edition Rum that will have the collectors clambering for a taste.
