Looking for a fire door that combines both style and safety? The Oak Cottage Internal FD30 Door is the perfect choice for both modern and traditional homes. With a sturdy design that looks great, each door is supplied unfinished and ready for you to paint, stain or varnish to your liking. The Cottage Oak veneer fire door is made with a mixed material construction, utilising real wood veneers, man-made materials, and timber. The engineered composite core construction provides greater resistance to warping, twisting and splitting than traditional timber doors. Fire rated to a minimum resistance of 30 minutes and meets the requirements of BS 476. If needed, you can trim the door by up to 3mm in height and 3mm in width. Please make sure to remove reductions equally from each edge. For finishing, we recommend using a suitable Ronseal paint, stain or varnish found in your local branch. However, please note that these doors are not suitable for treatment/finishing with any kind of oil, wax or polish which can cause the oak veneer to de-laminate.
