Two closing chapters deal with mounting and design.;The instructions will give the beginner both a thorough grounding in this fascinating craft and the confidence to move on to more complicated techniques and designs.;The author is a teacher and lecturer on many forms of bobbin lace and a number of other lace crafts. She is a member of national lacemakers' organizations both in England and abroad and has recently completed workshop tours in Germany and the USA.
