The JBL 308 MKII Studio Monitor Pair are bi-amplified active studio monitors. Building on the success of the original LSR3 series the 308 MKII Studio Monitor provides exceptional audio fidelity thanks to the patented image control waveguide whilst looking great. This technology offers an immersive stereo field. The Slip Stream LF-port helps to accentuate the bass response providing a powerful defined low-end. The 308 MKII is comprised of a 6-inch Kevlar woofer and a 1-inch Neodymium tweeter driven by dual integrated custom Class-D amplifiers which provide 122 watts of power in total. Thats not all. The boundary EQ settings allow you to compensate for low-frequency variants in limited environments - helping you get the most from your sound.

Promotion: Studio clarity and power The JBL 308P MKII Studio Monitor is the latest in the LSR series from JBL refining the original design and adding a range of new features and enhancements. The 6-inch active bi-amplified design ensures optimal audio performance with dedicated custom Class-D amplifiers providing 112W of power in both the HF and LF range. The monitor itself is comprised of a long-throw 6-inch woofer for a powerful defined low-end. The 1-inch Neodymium tweeter provides sparkling detailed highs. The redesigned circuitry and application of the latest manufacturing principles results in improved sound performance this gives you an immersive stereo field and a broad sweet spot. The accuracy and clarity it produces captures every nuance of your source audio. The result is a crisp transparent sound that is ideal for mixing and mastering applications giving you a true representation of your sound that will translate to other mediums. New boundary EQ settings One of the new features of the JBL 308P MKII Studio Monitor is the inclusion of Boundary EQ settings. This gives you the ability to further attenuate your low-end boost which can occur when the monitor is placed on a desktop or near a wall. This allows you to change the way the monitor responds for optimised audio performance even in confined spaces. This is accompanied by a 3-position HF trim switch for adjusting the high-frequency response for added attenuation control. Being able to tune your monitor to your room is integral to getting that studio sound. Design and connectivity Building on the success of the original LSRs JBL has retained the same stylish and sleek aesthetic as well as ensuring maximum reliability. The 3-series monitors have to pass JBLs demanding Power Test. It also boasts flexible connectivity allowing you to use the monitors with audio interfaces and more. Balanced XLR and 1/4-inch TRS inputs allow you to communicate with a wide range of equipment from interfaces to mixers and more. The input also features adjustable sensitivity allowing you to select between +4dBu/-10dBV for optimised audio performance and signal integrity.
