At just 32mm thickness these acoustic decks minimise construction height whilst still complying with statutory regulations. 22mm (Deck 32) P5 flooring grade tongue & groove chipboard laminated to an acoustic resilient layer. Ideal for refurbishments where floor height is an issue. Chipboard deck ready for final floor installation. Economical and easy to fit. We can supply in smaller quantities than full pallets and also offer discounts for larger quantities so please feel free to contact us to discuss your requirements. Properties Length: 2.4m. Width: 600mm. Thickness: 32mm. Board coverage: 1.44m2. Pallet quantity: 70x boards. Composition: 22mm T&G P5 chipboard with a pre-bonded 10mm foam resilient layer. Edging: tongue & groove. Weight: 21kg. Refurbishment Low cost product ideal for both general and new domestic separating floor upgrades in lofts and extensions etc. Good Impact and Airborne sound reduction. Economical system for Conversion projects. It is essential the recommended components shown above are used and correctly installed/detailed to meet the requirements where Pre-completion Sound Testing is required. Ideal for floated wood, laminate, carpets/carpet tiles. Additional floor preparation may be required for tiling and vinyl overlays.
