A great Half-Norfolk Jacket by John G Hardy with matching breeks by Moac. Suit is in an all-wool tweed fabric in herringbone pattern in muted greens & browns overlaid with a window-pane check in orange and rust. Jacket has: - Action-Back design (i.e. pleated shoulders allowing more movement) - pleated back with sewn-in half-belt - 3 button front fastening - 2 front patch pockets with buttoned flaps Breeks have: - pleated front - reinforced seat (in same tweed fabric) - front fly-fastening - internal buttons on waistband (possibly for attaching braces) - deep side pockets - button-fastened back pocket - elasticated cuffs Suit is in very good condition apart from: - lower edge of left-hand patch Jacket pocket has become unstitched (see photo) - some colour has rubbed off Jacket buttons; also a button missing from one cuff - small hole at front of right leg of Breeks (just above lower edge of pocket - see photo) No size labels, but actual measurements are: Jacket:- Chest 43" Underarm to underarm 22" Upper Shoulder Width (measured between armhole seams at back) 18.5" Back Length 30.5" Outside Sleeve Length 24" Breeks:- Waist 35.5" Inside Leg Length (to top of elasticated cuff) 23"
