An attractive pair of vintage Swarovski Ruby crystal cabochon & bow shape earrings. Ruby red is a vibrant rich shade of red. The cabochons are vintage, dating back to the 1970's. Ruby is the traditional birthstone for the month of July & also celebrates 40 years of marriage,therefore making an ideal gift. The earrings are made from shiny, silver plated brass & oval shaped crystal cabochons. The ear wires are hypoallergenic & Nickel free. DIMENSIONS The total drop length from the base of the ear wire to the bottom of the cabochon measures 2.3cm (7/8 inch). The bow just below the base of the earwire is an open design. It measures 0.7cm (9/32 inch) in height & 1.2cm (1/2 inch) at its widest point. The bezel below the bow is oval shaped & securely houses the crystal cabochon. The cabochon is oval, smooth, shiny & domed. It measures 0.8cm x 0.6cm (5/16 inch x 1/4 inch). VARIATIONS The same earring design is also available in many other colours.
