Just-Eat....if order turns up!!

Note that this review is more than 6 months old and the company's procedures may have changed considerably since this review was written.
Used Just-Eat to order pizza. Order was due to be delivered within an hour. After an hour and half I contacted Just-Eat's customer service, who informed me they called restaurant and my order was on its way! After another half an hour I called restaurant, who in turn informed me they had not received order or any call from Just-Eat!!Order eventually turned up two hours late, with both companies blaming the other!
Left feedback saying above, on Just-Eat website and they immediately removed comment regarding their company.
Would not use again!

They sold me a takeaway from a shop which didnt trade anymore. took me 3 months to get my money back, there are better online takeaways out there.
