The easy-open dome includes the counter balanced Air Lift Hinge which reduces the lift weight of the lid by 96%! The element-proof, ultra-precise Kontrol Tower top vent is consistent and the stainless steel latch combined with the fibreglass gasket, which gives 10x more life than other brands, gives an air-tight seal. The large cooking surface underneath is crafted from commercial-grade 304 stainless steel with an 24" cooking grill and the innovative divide and conquer cooking sytem. The patented hyperbolic grill insert improves the temperature distribution by concentrating airflow into a narrow area and radiating heat upwards. A multi panel 1.25" firebox reduces the risk of cracking and the patented slide out ash drawer makes for easy cleaning.
