Behind the genius idea are the O'Shaughnessy family, born and raised in Minnesota, US, but of Irish roots, making themselves very visible in the family motto: "Fugit Hora" or "The Hour Flies," reminding us that life is worth celebrating at every moment and to cherish the time spend with those we love. This Whiskey does the same - meant to be enjoyed in moments worth celebrating, Keeper's Heart will be your companion during the best moments of your life. Leaning more on the Irish side of the scale is Keeper's Heart 10-Year-Old Irish Single Malt Whiskey, made from a mash of Malted Barley and no Rye. The Whiskey was aged for 10 years in Bourbon barrels before being finished in Malaga Wine casks, adding sweet notes of dried fruits and marzipan to the oaky complexity of a Single Malt. A great pour that received several awards, among them Double Gold at New York Wine and Spirits Competition and Double Gold at PR%F Awards in 2022.
