Each facet has been expertly cut to perfection, allowing glorious bursts of light to emanate from within. Take a look at this round cut alexandrite in natural light and you'll see intense flashes of emerald green mixed with hints of blue. Observe alexandrite in incandescent light and the stone will change to a deep purple.
