Little Book Chapter 02, cleverly titled Noe Simple Task, is a wonderful, balanced and well-rounded blend of Kentucky and Canadian Whiskeys. And Freddie Noe is no stranger to greatness. He's the eight generation of the Beam Family who have been doing this for over two centuries and in order not to piss off the grandfathers, Freddie makes sure every expression is top-notch. This very blend is made from an 8-year-old Kentucky Straight Rye Whiskey, 40-year-old Canadian Whisky and a 13-year-old Canadian Rye Whisky. The captivating concoction is uncut and unfiltered and bottled at dauntless 120 proof. Stepping out of his comfort zone and introducing floral and fruity notes of Canadian Whisky to Bourbon really pays off.
