It helps to eliminate the tossing and turning syndrome that effects so many of us when we sleep, atthe same time ensuring that the user's head, neck, shoulders, upper and lower back and hips are aligned for a peaceful night's sleep.This pillow can be a necessity during pregnancy. This 300cm (10 feet) body pillow is incredibly versatile and conforms to all shapes and sizes. The U shaped position assists by supporting the lower back and bump simultaneously hopefully reducing stress and resulting fidgeting when rest is required. Generally the main benefit of this pillow/cushion is that it hugs and supports your entire body. Filled with comfortable polyester fibre encased in a sealed polycotton inner cover with an outer cover of polyester velour. The outer cover is zipped to ensure the cover can be easily removed for washing purposes. A gentle hand wash is recommended for the inner only.
