Lucia Moholy. A Hundred Years of Photography. Pelican. 1st edition complete with unclipped dust jacket. In fair condition. Some wear, spine starting to detach, pencil price in front, some fading and foxing. Lucia Moholy was an influential photographer who fled Berlin in 1933, arriving in London in 1934. There she befriended the Bloomsbury set, gave lectures and took portraits, many of which are in the National Portrait Gallery. She wrote A Hundred Years of Photography which was published in 1939. 40,000 copies were sold at 6d, but it is believed the outbreak of war prevented later editions.
