The wrap can be heated for 60 seconds in a 800 - 100W microwave, or 90 seconds in a 600 - 800W microwave to provide snuggly warm heat that feels like a wearable hug. No microwave? It could also be laid on top of a radiator or placed in the warming draw of an oven!
