75cl / 12.5% - This organic white wine comes from the island of Crete, Greece, and is made from Vidiano grapes which are indigenous to the island and have similar characteristics to Sauvignon Blanc. The nose offers aromas of soft fruits, green pear and citrus, followed by an abundance of gooseberry on the palate, along with notes of freshly cut grass and herbaceous lemon. Try pairing this 2021-vintage with seafood or grilled meats and creamy sauces.
