The New Makita DKP181Z 18V Li-ion Brushless Cordless Planer is equipped with a large 82mm planning width and a powerful brushless motor to offer unrivalled levels of efficiency performance and runtime. Body Only.Super fast stock removal can be achieved thanks to the machine's maximum no load speed of 12 000rpm whilst the 3mm planning depth allows you to remove a substantial amount of stock in a single pass.This DKP181Z cordless planer can deliver shiplapping cuts up to 25mm deep and comes with 3 different sized chamfering grooves to enable easy alignment of the grooves with the edge of your work-piece.The DKP181Z features innovative Automatic Torque Driver Technology (ADT) which ensures the machine continually operates at its optimum level by automatically adjusting the cutting speed to suit the load.
