Manolo Hugue
Merchant: Oxfam
Merchant's Category: Media> Books
This substantial book (sponsored by Barclays) was published in 2006 and is well illustrated with photographs of sketches, paintings and sculptures by the artist. Manolo Hugue was a Catalan Spanish sculptor in the noucentisme movement and a friend of Picasso but his style was much closer to that of Aristide Maillol. The grey box cover is in reasonable conditions but with some dirty marks. It has done its job because the dustcover is in good condition except along the spine where it has faded. The hardcover itself is in perfect condition as are the internal pages.
