March Violets (1st Edition Bernhard Gunther) / Philip Kerr
Merchant: Oxfam
Merchant's Category: Media> Books
This first edition hardback is in very good condition. The dust jacket is present and unclipped, and is in very good condition apart from slight edge wear and other minor shelf wear. There is light foxing on the page edges and a black felt tip line on the bottom page edges, but internally the pages are in very good condition - clean, tight and unmarked, although they are slightly tanned. This crime novel, set in Nazi Germany in the late 1930s, features private detective Gunther, who is disgusted by the anti-semitism, but is not averse to making money out of the horrors. An industrialist asks him to investigate the deaths of his daughter and her Nazi husband.
