The high, wing back looks great especially with the rounded braid running along its forward facing edge which is complemented by the high curved armrests and low set rattan down to the feet. Tightly hand woven from Ecolene synthetic rattan round a solid hardwood frame with only the feet showing you get the feeling of elegant luxury throughout. You choose from five styles of rattan weave ... And there is also the option to add a fitted seat cushion in four vibrant colours. All our cushions are manufactured for outdoor use all year round being colour fast and rot free. The Martine Wingback Chair looks stunning when combined with teak dining tables in a complete outdoor dining set. Why Ecolene? With a very high specification they are widely recognised as a leading manufacturer of outdoor weave:- Their fibres are tested across a huge range of temperatures from minus 70 to plus 70 degrees - meaning the weave will last for years of outdoor use without fading or degrading. It is manufactured to be environmentally friendly - unlike many other fibres on the market today - so it contains no harmful elements like Cadmium or Lead. There is very little waste produced in its production. It looks and feels just like natural rattan. Ecolene is virtually maintenance free, just wipe it down with a wet cloth every now and again.
