Moillard-Thomas have a long history producing fine Burgundy wines, and this Pinot Noir from the famed Gevrey-Chambertin appellation is no different. The region's limestone-rich soils give the wine its characteristic finesse and depth. The 2019 vintage offers vibrant flavours of red cherry, raspberry, and subtle hints of earthy spice, balanced by silky tannins. Perfect with roasted duck, mushroom risotto, or hard cheeses.
