Couplers allow the decorator to change similar sized tubes without emptying the contents of the decorating bag. These are incredibly handy little gadgets and a must have for all cake decorators, saving them time and money. Instructions To fit the large coupler to your piping bag, unscrew the 2 parts of the coupler. Pop the male adaptor into your piping bag facing downwards and snip the top of the bag so that the coupler sits securely inside. Fit your large piping nozzle to the top of the coupler from the outside of the piping bag and screw on the female part of the coupler to secure your nozzle in place. You can then fill your piping bag with buttercream, royal icing etc. and change your nozzle with ease throughout your project without having to change the whole piping bag. This large plastic coupler is ideal for fitting to disposable and reusable fabric piping bags. It will fit most large piping nozzles such as the 1M and 2D nozzles.
