NEW HALF HUMAN AIR SKI MACHINE with FLOOR STAND The Half Human Air Ski Machine is designed to simulate the arm movements of skiing on the slopes. It targets not only your arms but your legs and core simultaneously, resulting in a full body cardio workout. Pull on the handles together or alternatively, the choice is your but with both techniques you can achieve a HIIT or sprint based workout. The fluid motion and natural feel comes from the fan system that uses air as its resistance and you have the option of increasing the resistance through 10 levels by simply sliding over the resistance arm to your chosen level. PLEASE NOTE: Half Human equipment must be positioned in a suitable environment. It needs to be kept away from damp rooms, dusty concrete floors, areas with a constant airflow to exterior areas and rooms with high changes in temperature. If you are going to put it into a garage then the garage must be insulated. Not following this criteria could void your warranty.
