The LCD display is packed with a variety of exciting programmes including Manual, Fat Burn, Interval and Spirits exclusive Calories and Fusion programmes that integrates cardio and strength to help you achieve your fitness goals. The padded seat can be adjusted up and down and front to back for the perfect riding position. Hand grip pulse sensors monitors your heart as you push yourself through 20 levels of resistance. PLEASE NOTE: Spirit equipment must be positioned in a suitable environment. It needs to be kept away from damp rooms, dusty concrete floors, areas with a constant airflow to exterior areas and rooms with high changes in temperature.
