Fitting a wide range of beds, this versatile aid is fast to assemble and fit. It can then retract to let you get in or out of bed again. Supplied flat pack, this guard is quick and easy to assemble without tools. It fits on the base of the bed and is secured in place by the weight of the mattress. For added convenience, the side rail can be removed from the base so that you can make the bed easily. Fitting single to king sized beds, the Easyfit Bedguard is suitable for divan and slatted beds, and mattresses up to 250mm (10") thick including mattress toppers. If you need to protect both sides of the bed, then the double sided version is the choice for you. Product safety This bedguard is not designed to restrain someone in bed. It is not to be used to assist getting in and out of bed. Bed guards and side rails are used to prevent falling out of bed but are not safe to use if the person would try to climb out of bed over the side rail. For safety reasons, bed grab rails may not be suitable for people with cognitive impairments or conditions that cause involuntary movement such as epilepsy or spasms.
