Ingredients: 100% Pure natural Jamts salt, Nettle oil, Sunflower oil, Vitamin E, Lavender essential oil. How to use: Ideal to use before bedtime. Fill the bath with warm water, adjust the hot and cold water to your preference. Dissolve the appropriate amount (30-40 grams in 100 litres) of salt in the bath. Relax in the water for 15-20 minutes preferably once or twice a week. Caution: Lying in too hot water may increase or decrease blood pressure.
