NordicTrack RW 300 Rower DESCRIPTION The NordicTrack RW300 Rower is a fitness machine designed to provide a full-body cardiovascular workout. The RW300 Rower is built on a sturdy frame using durable materials to support you during your rowing sessions. It features a smooth and fluid rowing motion that simulates the experience of rowing on water. This low-impact exercise engages the muscles of the upper body, core, and lower body, providing a comprehensive workout. The rowing machine has an ergonomic moulded seat that glides along the oversized steel rail, allowing for a smooth and comfortable motion. Oversized pivoting footrests and foot straps accommodate users of different sizes and provide a secure footing during workouts. The RW300 Rower comes with a console that displays important workout data. This feedback allows you to track you progress and adjust your intensity levels accordingly. Furthermore, the rower offers 24 Digital Resistance Levels to cater to different fitness levels and goals. The RW300 Rower also has 20 On Board Workouts, designed to target specific fitness objectives but to get the most out of the rower you need to use a tablet or Smartphone placed on the built in device holder. Then by downloading Nordic Tracks iFit interactive training technology, you will be provided with access to a library of on-demand workouts and virtual rowing classes led by professional trainers. Finally when you have finished your workout the RW300 folds away for easy storage and transported on wheels for effortless manoeuvrability.
