So without further ado let us tell you what you can expect on the day you go sea fishing in Norfolk.You'll set off from Brancaster Staithe with May to September being Tope season but you'll more often than not catch a mackerel or two at anytime of year. Some of your catch (subject to fishing rules and etiquette) can then be taken home with you for the freshest tastiest fish supper ever.You'll be ferried out from the harbour to the fishing boat which will be moored in deep water. Once onboard and the kettle on your skipper will take you to the prime fishing spots. Experienced skippers like Jake know these Norfolk waters really well and know in which parts of the sea to look for which species of fish and when.'Chloe-L' is an Offshore 32 fast fisher that's nice and stable in the water. There's plenty of seating space around the fishing stations. Each comes with rod reel and bait - basically everything you need for a decent day's sea fishing on the cold waters off Norfolk's coast. There's even a loo onboard which is no bad thing considering the bottomless cups of tea and coffee that are served during your fishing trip!Even if sea fishing isn't 'your thing' these day trips give you the chance to take in all the best views of the Norfolk coastline.
