One 90g pot of cuttlefish ink A great natural food colouring Cuttlefish ink is basically the same thing as squid ink This is the Nortindal brand from Spain and it's highly regarded around Europe. It colours pasta, rice and fingers black as the ace of spades. It can be used in all the same ways as squid ink such as colouring rice or pasta. You can adjust the colour of your dish depending on the quanitity you use. If you were to put 100% cuttlefish ink on a plate as a decoration, it will be jet black, so make sure to add it in little by little to get the colour you want. How you've been using our cuttlefish ink... "Good for Paella Negra too" "I've had your cuttlefish ink before, it is excellent but a little goes a long way. That said, I've found the opened jars keep well in the fridge for quite a while. Good product."
