Studies in Mediterranean Archaeology Vol. XCIX - Olive Oil Processing in Cyprus From the Bronze Age to the Byzantine Period by Sophocles Hadjisavvas The subject of this study is olive oil production in Cyprus from its first appearance through the introduction of machinery. Although this study is geographically confined to the island, references are made to material from neighbouring countries of the Middle East and Greece. This is an archaeological study and both the information and the material discussed are mostly drawn from the author's excavations and surveys undertaken throughout Cyprus. Very good condition. Minor signs of shelf wear including fading and slight scuffing to the spine, and a sizeable scrape to the outer back cover. However, the text is clean, the binding is secure and there are otherwise no significant marks or damage.
